Ginanap ang ikalawang bahagi ng selebrasyon ng ika-145 na kapanganakan ni Pangulong Manuel L. Quezon sa Presidential Car Museum.

Bahagi ng programa ang paglagda sa Sertipiko ng Pagsasalin ng Pananda mula sa Pambansang Museo ng Pilipinas kasama sina Mayor Joy Belmonte, Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, City Administrator Michael Alimurung, National Museum of the Philippines (NMP) Director General Jeremy Barns at mga opisyal ng NMP.

Kasunod nito ang panunumpa ng Lokal na Pamalahaan bilang miyembro ng Local Historical Committees Network na pinanunahan ni Mayor Joy, Vice Mayor Sotto, at QC Tourism Department OIC Maria Teresa Tirona.
