Nag-alay ng bulaklak ang lokal na pamahalaan sa pangunguna nina Mayor Joy Belmonte at Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, bilang bahagi ng selebrasyon ng ika-145 anibersaryo ng kapanganakan ni dating Pangulong Manuel L. Quezon.

Kasamang nagpugay sa Quezon Memorial Circle ang mga city councilors, tauhan ng national government agencies, QC department heads, at mga partner organizations.

Pinasinayaan din ang Pananda ng Pambansang Yamang Pangkalinganan na Quezon Memorial Shrine na iginawad ng Pambansang Museo ng Pilipinas. Kinikilala nito ang kahalagahan ng shrine at ang kontribusyon ni Pangulong Quezon sa bansa.

Dumalo naman bilang pangunahing pandangal si National Museum of the Philippines-BOT Chairman Andoni Aboitiz, Department of Tourism NCR Director Sharlene Batin, National Historical Commision of the Philippines Chairman Emmanuel Clairo, National Museum of the Philippines Director General Jeremy Barns, at National Commission for Culture and the Arts Chairman Chairman Victorino Manalo.
