Layunin ng 2-day summit na tugunan ang problema sa Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) sa bansa.
Katuwang ng Lungsod Quezon sa programa ang Child Protection Network Foundation (CPN), Childlight, Consuelo Zobel Alger Foundation, at UNICEF Philippines.
