Kinilala ng JCI Quezon City Capitol si Mayor Joy Belmonte bilang 2023 Pinay Power Awardee dahil sa kanyang dedikasyon sa public service at pagsusulong ng mga programa para sa mga kababaihan.

Iginawad ng JCI-QC Capitol ang pagkilala kay Mayor Joy sa ginanap na 62nd Turnover and Induction Ceremonies sa Elements Centries.

Sa kanyang keynote speech, hinamon ng alkalde ang JCI at iba pang non-government organizations na mahigpit na makipag-ugnayan sa lokal na pamahalaan para bumuo ng mga programang tunay na makakapagpabago at makakapagpaginhawa sa pamumuhay ng mga QCitizen lalo na ng mga nasa marginalized sector.

Kasama ni Mayor Joy sa seremonya sina Artist on a Mission Founder Ms Kristine Ann Lim, 2023 JCI Philippines National Executive Vice President Mark Peter Quilaneta, 2022 JCI Philippines National President John Glenn Lee, 2023 JCI – QC Capitol President Patrick Maglinao, at 2022 JCI – QC Capitol President Lucky Rocky Sy.
