Humakot ng parangal ang Alternative Child Care section ng Quezon City Social Services Development Department (SSDD) sa ginanap na Partner Stakeholders Recognition and Awards Ceremony ng Regional Alternative Child Care Office (RACCO NCR) ng National Authority for Child Care (NACC).
Kinilala bilang Best Local Government Unit ang Quezon City, at binigyan din ng mga sumusunod na parangal:

Highest Number of Children issued with CDCLAA
Highest Number of Children Presented to the Regional Matching Conference
Highest Number of Children Matched to the Regional Matching Conference
Highest Number of Presenting cases of Prospective Adoptive Parent applicants
Highest Number of issued Orders of Adoption and Certificates of Finality under RA 11642 and RA 11222 for Fiscal Year 2025

Ang SSDD ay isa sa mga kaagapay ng RACCO NCR sa pagtiyak ng karapatan at kaligtasan ng mga bata, partikular sa mga abandoned, neglected, at surrendered children. Aktibo rin itong partner sa pagsulong ng legal adoption at foster care sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 11642 o ang Domestic Administrative Adoption and Alternative Child Care Act.
Bukod sa lokal na pamahalaan, binigyang-parangal din ang mga social worker na sina Trophy Lynn T. Batiquin ng Pusong Tapat sa Paglilingkod Award at si Lovely Joy V. Mendoza bilang Nominee for Pusong Dakila.
Isang malaking patunay ang mga parangal na ito sa puspusan at taos-pusong pagmamalasakit ng Quezon City Government para sa kaligtasan at kapakanan ng kabataang QCitizens.
