Tinalakay ang pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan sa Lungsod Quezon, sa 2nd Quarter Peace and Order Council meeting na pinangunahan ni Mayor Joy Belmonte.

Pinag-usapan ang over-all Peace and Order Situation ng lungsod mula Enero hanggang Hunyo 2023 na iniulat ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD), ang implementasyon ng Anti-Bullying Act sa mga eskwelahan sa QC mula sa Schools Divisions Office (SDO), ang mga aktibidad ng Quezon City Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council (QCADAAC) at ang implementasyon ng Drug-Free Workplace Program nito.

Kabilang din sa napag-usapan ang Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, S-2023, kung saan magtutulungan ang QC Government, Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region (BFP-NCR), BFP-Quezon City Fire District (BFP-QCFD) at fire brigades, fire volunteer organizations, at fire volunteers sa pag-apula ng sunog.

Dumalo sa pulong sina ACA Alberto Kimpo, Atty. Rio Santos bilang kinatawan ni Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, Barangay and Community Relations Department (BCRD) Head Ricky Corpuz, Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) Head Margie Santos, SDO Superintendent Dr. Carlene Sedillam, Quezon City University (QCU) President Dr. Theresita Atienza, Traffic and Transport Management (TTMD) Head Dexter Cardenas, Department of Interior and Local Government- QC Field Office Director Manny Borromeo, Councilor Rannie Ludovica, QCPD District Director PBGen. Nicolas Torre III, Regional Trial Court Br. 87 Judge Louie Sze, Armed Forces of the Philippines-Joint Task Force NCR 1st Lt. Fetzirald Galango, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency-NCR Deputy Regional Dir. Ulyses Untalan, QC Fire Department Fire Senior Superintendent Aristotle Bañaga, at iba pang miyembro ng QC Peace and Order Council.
