Rain or shine ay patuloy aarangkada at susugod sa Brgy. Holy Spirit ang QC Services Caravan ng DOS bukas, July 16, 2024 upang makapaghatid ng mga libreng serbisyo sa mga ka-DOStrito. Ito ay gaganapin sa San Roque St. Covered Court mula 8am hanggang 3pm.
Ang pagasasagawa ng QC Services Caravan ay handog ng ating butihing Mayor Joy Belmonte sa pamamagitan ng District 2 Action Office na may layuning mailapit ang mga serbisyo at programa tulad ng QCID, pabahay, scholarship, libreng gamot, medical at dental consultation, trabaho, civil registry documents, joy of urban farming, anti-rabies, microchipping, drug rehabilitation, building permits, booklet, DSWD social Pension at iba pa, katuwang ang mga sumusunod na opisina:

City Veterinary Department (CVD)
Quezon City Youth Development Office (QCYDO)
Persons With Disability Affairs Office (PDAO)
