Personal na binisita ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang bakanteng lote ng lokal na pamahalaan sa Barangay Pasong Putik.
Pagtatayuan ito ng iba-ibang government infrastructures na maghahatid ng serbisyo publiko para sa mga Novalenyo
Alinsunod sa Master Development Plan ng Lungsod Quezon, magkakaroon ito ng barangay hall, health center, action center, barangay hall, at multi-level parking.
Kasama rin ang mga sports related infrastructures tulad ng indoor sports facilities, plaza, children’s playground, open lawn, tennis at futsal courts, pavilion, grand lawn, at basketball courts.
Ginagawa na ang Kabahagi Center for Children with Disabilities sa lote na layong magbigay serbisyo sa mga nangangailangang kabataan sa Distrito 5.
