Pangunahing layunin ng pamahalaang Lungsod Quezon ang mapaunlad ang antas ng buhay ng lahat ng QCitizens, bahagi ng adbokasiyang ito ang pagbibigay ng oportunidad na magkaroon ng trabaho para sa lahat.

Simula 2020, umabot sa 45,491 indibidwal ang nagkaroon ng trabaho sa Pilipinas at maging sa ibang bansa dahil sa pag-endorso ng QC Public Employment Service office sa higit 100 na pribado at pampublikong kumpanya.

Noong Mayo 1, 2024, inilunsad sa QC ang Mega Job Fair na nilahukan ng iba-ibang kumpanya. Umabot sa 9,000 job opportunities ang nagbukas sa mga aplikanteng QCitizens at non-residents.

Ngayong 2025 Labor Day Job Fair, umabot naman sa 11,000 job vacancies at opportunities mula sa 100 private companies at government agencies ang inihanda para sa mga jobseekers.
