Break the stigma! 💙

Ngayong Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, ating isulong ang pagpapahalaga sa kalusugang pangkaisipan ng kalalakihan.

Huwag matakot magbukas ng damdamin at humingi ng tulong. Ang pagiging totoo sa sarili ay hindi senyales ng kahinaan.

Sa Quezon City, pinapahalagahan ang kalusugang pangkaisipan. Kaisa ang lokal na pamahalaan sa pagbibigay-suporta sa pamamagitan ng mas pinaigting na programa para sa mental health, alinsunod sa Quezon City Mental Health Code of 2022.
