Nagsagawa ng inspection ang pamahalaang lungsod sa pangunguna ng QC Business Permits and Licensing Department sa mga hotel, apartelle, inns, at motels sa lungsod.
Siniguro ng BPLD na kumpleto ang mga permit at sumusunod sa mga ordinansa ang bawat establisyemento sa QC.
Kasama sa inspeksyon ang ilang kinatawan ng Department of Building Official, Public Employment Service Office, City Health Department, Social Services Development Department, at Tourism Department.
