Pinarangalan si Mayor Joy Belmonte ng special award mula sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) kasabay ng 34th anniversary celebration nito na idinaos sa M.I.C.E Center.
Personal na tinanggap ni Councilor Aly Medalla bilang kinatawan ni Mayor Joy ang award. Kinilala rin ang QC Jail Female Dormitory bilang Best Jail of the Year.
Dumalo sa programa sina Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla, BJMP Chief JDIR Ruel Rivera, JCSUPT Dennis Rocamora, at Councilor Doray Delarmente.
