Declogging Operations by District Action Offices and QC Engineering Department

Sa kabila ng patuloy na pag-ulan, tuloy-tuloy ang mga hakbang ng Quezon City Government upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga QCitizen.

Kabilang dito ang declogging operations, pagsasaayos ng drainage systems, at iba pang maintenance works na naglalayong maiwasan ang pagbaha at mapanatili ang kaayusan ng mga lansangan sa lungsod.

Narito ang mga isinagawang aktibidad kahapon:

District 1

– De-clogging operations sa Miriam Defensor P. Santiago St., Agham Road

District 2

– Installation ng steel railings sa Litex Market

District 3

– Clearing works sa LRA Compound

District 4

– De-clogging operations sa Elliptical Road, Brgy. Central

– Clearing works sa Makabayan, Brgy. Obrero

– Repair works sa 12 St., Brgy. Damayang Lagi

– Beautification sa Tomas Morato

District 6

– Installation ng drainage system sa Commonwealth Avenue cor Don Antonio, Brgy. Batasan Hills

– Drainage system repair sa Kaingin Bukid, Brgy. Apolonio Samson

Ang mga inisyatibong ito ay nagpapakita ng patuloy na pagtugon ng pamahalaang lungsod sa mga hamon ng tag-ulan, bilang bahagi ng mas malawak na layunin na mapanatili ang kaligtasan, kaginhawaan, at kapakanan ng bawat QCitizen.

Paalala sa mga QCitizen na ugaliing magbukod at magtapon ng basura sa tamang basurahan. Huwag ding magtapon ng basura sa mga kanal, estero, at ilog dahil nagiging sanhi ito ng pagbabara sa mga daluyan ng tubig na nagdudulot naman ng matinding pagbaha.
