Namahagi ang pamahalaang lungsod ng livelihood assistance sa ilalim ng Pangkabuhayang QC Program ng QC Small Business and Cooperatives Development Promotions Office (SBCDPO) sa MRB Covered Court, Commonwealth Quezon City.

Aabot sa 924 aspiring entrepreneurs ang nabigyan ng P10,000 hanggang P20,000 na tulong pangkabuhayan. Sumailalim sila sa masusing verification at livelihood training and management seminar.

Present din sa payout site ang iba-ibang partner ng QC para sa mga negosyo kabilang ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Meralco, Sarisuki, San Miguel Food Corp., RCBC, Unionbank MSME Business Banking, ECPay, GCash, Cebuana Lhuiller, IMS-ANEC Global, at Association of Filipino Franchisers Inc.
