(PIQCAA), sa Gloria Maris Shark’s Fin Restaurant, San Juan City.

Sa kanyang talumpati, tiniyak ng alkalde sa business owners sa Lungsod Quezon na magpapatuloy ang malinis na pamamahalang nasimulan ng kanyang administrasyon. Umaasa rin siya na magpapatuloy ang pakikipagtulungan ng pribadong sektor sa lokal na pamahalaan para sa ikauunlad ng lungsod at ng QCitizens.
