Dumalo bilang keynote speaker si Mayor Joy Belmonte sa 37th induction ceremony ng Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines Inc. (IWCPI) District 378.

Sa kanyang talumpati, hinimok ni Mayor Joy ang club na suportahan ang Learning Recovery Trust Fund ng lokal na pamahalaan. Ang pondong maiipon ay ilalaan sa pagpapaunlad ng mga education programs ng mga mag-aaral sa QC public schools.

Dumalo rin sa programa sina district chairman Emlyn Santos, past district chairman Soccoro Yap, IWCPI Nat’l President Sofia Lee, past Nat’l President Emily Duterte, at mga miyembro ng club.
