Nakipagpulong si Mayor Joy Belmonte sa American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc. (AmCham Philippines) sa pangunguna ni Mr. Ebb Hinchliffe, Executive Director ng AmCham PH para talakayin ang iba-ibang programa ng pamahalaang lungsod tulad ng pagsasaayos ng Ease of Doing Business, Digitization of Services, programa para sa edukasyon, kalusugan, at environmental sustainability.

Ibinida rin ni Mayor Joy ang mga napagtagumpayan ng pamahalaang lungsod sa nakalipas na taon, isa na rito ang pagkilala sa QC bilang isa mga Most Business-Friendly LGU sa bansa.

Nakiisa sa pagpupulong ang iba-ibang kinatawan ng mga department sa QC tulad nina City Administrator Michael Alimurung, Asst. City Administrator Atty. Rene Grapilon, Business Permits and Licensing Dept. head Ms. Margarita Santos, Local Economic Investment and Promotions Office head Mr. Jay Gatmaitan, Education Affairs Unit head Ms. Maricris Veloso, Sustainable Development Affairs Unit head Mr. Emmanuel Velasco, at mga representantive mula sa Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Department.

Suportado rin ang mga tinalakay na programa ng Sangguniang Panlungsod sa pangunguna ni Majority Floor Leader Coun. Doray Delarmente at City Council Committee on Ways and Means chairperson na si Coun. Wency Lagumbay.

Katuwang ang AmCham PH, layon ng QC na pagtibayin pa ang public-private partnerships at iba pang oportunidad sa pagbuo ng mga programa na maaaring makatulong sa mga QCitizen.
