Umabot sa 365 residente ng Quezon City ang mapalad na napagkalooban ng certificate of permanent stall award, kasama rito ang pagbibigay sa kanila ng market stalls sa ating mga city-owned Public Market (Murphy Public Market at Roxas Public Market).

Ito ay isang paraan upang maprotektahan ang ating mga mamimili, suportahan ang mga nagtitinda, at mawala ang illegal vendors ng Lungsod.

Ang certificate ay personal na inabot nina Mayor Joy Belmonte, Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, District 6 Councilor Vic Bernardo, Business Permits and Licensing Department Head Margarita Santos, Market Development and Administration Department Action Officer Perry Dominguez, District 3 Action Officer Atty. Thomas De Castro, at District 4 Action Officer Al Flores.
