Barangay Quirino 3B (Claro), named after the late President Elpidio Quirino, was originally a low-cost housing project developed by the National Housing Authority. It is one of the four barangays located in the heart of Project 3, Quezon City.
Barangay Quirino 3B (Claro) is bounded on the north by Barangay Amihan along Supa Creek; on the east by Barangay Duyan-Duyan along Narra Street; on the south by Barangay Quirino 3A along Tindalo Street; and on the west by Buwaya Creek along Aguho Street.
