The Quezon City Public Library (QCPL), thru the QCPL-GAD Committee and in partnership with the City Epidemiology and Disease Surveillance Division (CESU), QC Health Department, initiated FREE HIV SCREENING and FREE PREP. This will run from June 24-28, 2024 at the Pathwalk, High Rise Building, QC Hall Compound.

This initiative aims to:

(1) Increase awareness among the members, as well as allies, of the LGBTQIA+ community through dissemination of information about HIV, AIDS, and PrEP;

(2) Provide an access to HIV screening and PrEP dedicated to the members of the LGBTQIA+ community;

(3) Provide a safe space where members of the LGBTQIA+ community can freely express themselves and engage in a discourse about HIV and PrEP.
