Ang QC Services Caravan ay pinangungunahan ng Office of the City Mayor (OCM) sa pamamagitan ng District 2 Action Office, ang mga serbisyo at programa tulad ng QCID, pabahay, scholarship, libreng gamot, medical at dental consultation, civil registry documents, joy of urban farming, anti-rabies, microchipping, drug rehabilitation, building permits, booklet, DSWD social Pension at iba pa, katuwang ang mga sumusunod na opisina:

Quezon City Youth Development Office (QCYDO)
