Sinundan ito ng isang makulay na Dragon and Lion Dance performance.
Binisita rin ng alkalde ang iba-ibang mga attraction na matatagpuan sa kahabaan ng Banawe cor. Del Monte Ave. hanggang Sct. Alcaraz St. Kasama sa mga dinalaw ang Spring Festival Gallery kung saan mayroong Wishing Tree, 360 Photobooth, Chinese Zodiac Predictions, at marami pang iba.
Inikot din ni Mayor Joy ang Bazaar kung saan tampok ang iba-bang proudly QC at Chinoy na food and non-food products mula sa 50 merchants.
