Iba-ibang programa at proyekto ng lokal na pamahalaan ang tinalakay ng mga opisyal ng gobyerno, barangay chairperson, city department heads, at sectoral representatives sa 1st semester regular session ng City Development Council.

Mismong si Mayor Joy Belmonte ang nagsilbing presiding officer sa pagtitipon, kasama sina Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, Department of the Interior and Local Government – QC Director Emmanuel Borromeo, City Planning Development Department Head Arch. Sonny Rodriguez, at Barangay and Community Relations Department Head Ricky Corpuz.
