Upang magbigay ng kanilang mga rekomendasyon ukol sa kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral sa QC kasunod ng pagkamatay ng isang estudyante sa Culiat High School, nagpatawag si Mayor Joy Belmonte ng consultation meeting kasama ang QC Police District sa pangununa ni PBGen. Nicolas Torre III at station commanders, department heads at barangay officials.

Nakiisa rin sa pagpupulong sina Asst. City Administrator for Operations Albert Kimpo, Ms. Maricris Veloso ng Education Affairs Unit, Dr. Jenilyn Corpuz ng Schools Division Office, Ms. Rowena Macatao ng Social Services Development Department, at mga kinatawan ng QC Public School Teachers Association, at QC Parent-Teachers Association.

Inatasan ni Mayor Joy ang mga naturang departamento sa lungsod na bumuo ng nararapat na hakbang para sa mga Children-at-Risk at Children in Conflict with the Law o CICL at kung paano maiiwasan ang mga kaso na sangkot ang mga menor de edad.

Kaisa ng pamahalaang lungsod ang kapulisan, mga barangay, mga guro, at mga magulang upang mapanatiling ligtas at hindi na muling magkaroon ng anumang insidente ng karahasan sa ating mga paaralan at komunidad.
