ABOUT US
Description
AMORANTO was inaugurated in 1966 by President Ferdinand Marcos, and was named after former Mayor Norberto Amoranto. The facility consists of an 8-lane track and field oval, grandstand, bleachers, and a gymnasium. The Complex’s Velodrome hosted the cycling events for the 2005 Southeast Asian Games. AMORANTO covers land measuring about 5.8 hectares (14 acres). The main stadium has a capacity of 15,000.
The complex which was renovated in 2022 boasts a 3,500-seating capacity arena, Olympic-size swimming pool with 10 lanes, open tennis court and soon the indoor sports facility that houses venues for basketball, volleyball, badminton, billiards, table tennis and darts.

Amoranto Sports Complex commits:
To encourage the citizens to resume and engage in sports and other socio-civic activities by providing efficient delivery of services with adherence to health safety protocols and the efficient maintenance of sports facilities;
To provide assistance and collaboration in its upgrading and improvement to conform to the standards of a world class and modernized facility which will pave the way to accommodate various activities and be accessible to a greater number of people;
To ensure that all other tasks assigned to us shall be accomplished with the utmost importance and urgency.

TRACK AND FIELD OVAL ARENA AND GRANDSTAND
(Maximum Capacity 30,000 to 40,000 attendees)
This facility can hold large activities and events such as outdoor concerts, sports fests, socio-civic gatherings, and other outdoor activities with a maximum capacity of 15,000 people.
TRACK AND FIELD OVAL
This is available for walk-in joggers and brisk walking activities from 4:30 am to 8:30 am and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, except for days where reservations are made for its exclusive use.
COVERED BASKETBALL COURT (CEMENTED COURT))
This facility is operational daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm except for days where reservations are made for its exclusive use.

AMORANTO ARENA COURT
This facility is operational daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except for days where reservations are made for its exclusive use. It can accommodate between 500 and 600 attendees.
AMORANTO ARENA LOBBY
this facility is operational daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except for days where reservations are made for its exclusive use.
AMORANTO ARENA FUNCTION ROOM
This facility is operational daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except for days where reservations are made for its exclusive use.
SWIMMING POOL
This facility is operational daily from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm except for days where reservations are made for its exclusive use.
TENNIS COURT
This facility is operational daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except for days where reservations are made for its exclusive use.
AMORANTO ARENA BASEMENT PARKING
The Basement Parking has a Capacity of 74 slots.
MULTI-LEVEL PARKING
The Multi-level Parking has a Capacity of 154 slots.
GUIDES
TRACK AND FIELD OVAL ARENA AND GRANDSTAND
STEPS:
- Transmit the Request Letter to Amoranto Sports Complex or send an email to amorantosc@quezoncity.gov.ph.
- Pay the reservation fee for the requested date.
- Provide information and coordinate regarding the event;
- Number of Guests
- Duration of events
- Traffic routes
- Set up of Stage, Tents, and other logistic concerns
- Pay the rental fees for the use of the venue before the said event.

- Walk-in to request.
- Pay upon entry.
COVERED BASKETBALL COURT
STEPS:
- Transmit the request letter to the Amoranto Sports Complex email:
amorantosc@quezoncity.gov.ph or call to 0917-1373563. - Walk-in scheduling is also available.
- Pay the rental fees.
WEIGHTLIFTING
STEP:
- Walk-in to pay the fee at the admin office.
