ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

Acts on the appeals of a real property owner who is not satisfied with the action of the City Assessor in the assessment of his property.

Proceedings are in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3, Book II, Title Two in the 1991 Local Government Code.
