Description

The Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod (OSSP) provides administrative, secretarial, legislative, and technical support services to the Sangguniang Panlungsod in the performance of its functions as the legislative, deliberative, and policy-making body of the City Government.

Mission

To be a dynamic and reliable office geared towards upholding the principles of legislative process by carefully adapting innovative systems in promoting good governance.

Vision

To be the indispensable arm of the legislative branch of the Quezon City Government in the delivery of quality legislations that is responsive to the needs of the general public.

  • Republic Act No. 7160, as amended – Local Government Code of 1991

Service Pledge:

Support with utmost diligence and integrity the Quezon City Council in the performance of the latter’s legislative functions, as the deliberative and policy-making body of the City Government
