Description
Functions primarily as the City Mayor’s arm in handling priority city projects and programs, particularly in infrastructure and housing needs.

To provide efficient assistance to the City Mayor in administering city programs and projects.

Services
To facilitate requests for appointments of meetings and courtesy calls to the Office of the City Mayor, and prepare documents for signature of the Secretary to the Mayor, making sure that all pertinent attachments are complete and signed by authorities from the point of origin.
