Rosario Maclang Bautista General Hospital (RMBGH) is a healthcare institution providing quality patient care and treatment using specialized medical equipment and competent physician and nursing staff. RMBGH is accredited by DOH as a Level 2 hospital with a bed capacity of 107.

DEPARTMENT OF ANESTHESIOLOGY
The Department of Anesthesiology provides perioperative care to all patients that come through the operating rooms. RMBGH can perform procedures which include orthopedic, plastics, ophthalmologic, obstetrics, gynecologic, and general and minimally invasive surgery. We also provide care to patients undergoing procedures in locations outside the main operating room such as Labor and Delivery and in the mini-operating room located at RMBGH Emergency Room.

DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY MEDICINE
The Department of Family Medicine provides patient-centered, family-focused, community oriented, scientifically-sound healthcare services. These include wellness and anticipatory management, comprehensive evaluation, proper diagnosis and treatment, and continuity of care. Referrals for co-management are done for cases needing specialized care. These cares are available for Quezon City residents and nearby communities, aged 19 and above.

PHARMACY DEPARTMENT
The Pharmacy Department is responsible for providing optimal care to in/out patients and to the general public through the promotion of safe, accurate, rational, and cost-effective medicine.
OPERATING ROOM
The Operating Room Complex consists of the Delivery Room, Labor Room, High Risk Pregnancy Unit, Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and NICU. The Unit has 1 theatre for Delivery room with 3 Operating theatres with Post Anesthesia Care Units adjacent for postsurgical and obstetrical cases, as well as emergency, elective, minor and major procedures.

EMERGENCY ROOM
The RMBGH Emergency Room Department specializes in giving all forms of acute medical care to all patients who come without prior appointment, either by their own means or by ambulance. The department provides initial treatment for a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries, some of which may be life threatening and require immediate attention. The Emergency Room operates 24/7 to meet the needs of patients.
OPD (OUT PATIENT DEAPRTMENT)
OPD (Outpatient Department) is categorized by different types of clinics which include:
Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Dental.
RMBGH established a Telemedicine platform, where patients have access to medical care even during the Covid-19 pandemic. OPD department services are still operational although to a lesser capacity (Monday- Friday).

NICU (NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT)
The RMBGH Neonatal intensive care unit provides continuous service which specializes in the care of critically ill term and premature infants. RMBGH is an accredited Mother-Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative that is composed of trained and competent health professionals. It also promotes and supports breastfeeding practices. We offer tests such as newborn hearing screening and expanded newborn screening for early detection and management.

HRPU (HIGH-RISK PREGNANCY UNIT)
The RMBGH High-risk pregnancy care unit specializes in giving 24/7 monitoring and ensuring the well-being of both mother and an unborn infant whose treatment requires close evaluation and management. RMBGH is composed of trained and compassionate health care workers.
ICU (INTENSIVE CARE UNIT)
The RMBGH intensive care unit is a highly specified area that provides comprehensive care to a patient who is critically ill that requires constant care, close supervision from life support, equipment, and is manned by well-trained professionals to ensure quality care.
DIETARY DEPARTMENT
The Dietary Department; Nutrition and Dietetics Service performs the major and vital role in delivering quality health care service and quality food service in order to meet the nutritional needs of the patient. Standardized methods are practiced in the preparation and presentation of regular, therapeutic and or modified diets based on attending Physician’s order. The Department supervision is under the Guidance of a full-time Licensed Nutritionist- Dietician with qualified training and experience. The Department provides Nutrition counseling and nutrition education services to admitted patients as well as to Out-patient departments especially to the Nutritionally at-risk clients.
HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Health information management provides high quality health information systems for maintenance, storage, retrieval, and analysis of medical records as well as generating hospital statistics that support patient care, policy making, and clinical research.
MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICE
Medical Social Service provides quality service and holistic approach to help patients’ medical needs and give the appropriate hospital services before their discharge. Medical Social Workers are the primary point of contact for patients and their families about the medical assistance and hospital services needed. We also give professional social work services such as counseling, psychosocial evaluation, home visitation, resource mobilization, and others.
ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
The Engineering and Maintenance Department is in charge of maintaining and managing the hospital equipment support system and physical plant by providing the most efficient building repairs required for a cost-effective service and high-quality health care to all customers.
HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
The Human Resource Department directs, coordinates, and selects human resources activities such as training, hiring, appointment, promotion, compensation, labor relations, employee services, separation, coordination, and other related personnel actions and transactions.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
The Information Technology Department is responsible for implementation and maintenance of the network operating systems and technical support services. Information Technology enables the Hospital’s employees to communicate, collaborate, automate tasks, and provides departments with the functionality they need to perform their duties.
PROPERTY AND SUPPLY DEPARTMENT
The Property and Supply Department ensures the availability and complete issuance of supplies, materials, machines, and equipment needed in the daily operation of every section or department.

NEWBORN SCREENING FACILITY EXEMPLARY AWARD
Rosario Maclang Bautista General Hospital Newborn Screening is a vital service that can help early detection, diagnosis, and intervention that can prevent death or disability and enable children to reach their full potential. We are proud to be one of the exemplary ENBS Facilities in the Local Government of Quezon City that offer this service to our patients. We are grateful to the Department of Health for recognizing our efforts and supporting our work with these valuable resources honored and delighted to receive the EXEMPLARY AWARD in NEWBORN SCREENING, Certificates, and Plaque, along with the P100,000 worth of NBS FILTER CARD from the MM CHD- Department of Health. This is a great achievement for our hospital and a testament to our dedication and commitment in providing excellent healthcare services.

OUTSTANDING DISEASE REPORTING UNIT
On December 14, 2023, RMBGH received a plaque of recognition from QCCESU during the Epidemiology and Disease Surveillance and Response Symposium. The symposium had the theme ‘Strengthening Collaboration on Disease Surveillance in Quezon City: A Stakeholder’s Symposium’ and took place at Novotel Manila, Araneta Cubao, Quezon City. The award was given in acknowledgment of RMBGH’s exceptional achievements in disease reporting and public health surveillance. This recognition stems from their steadfast commitment to excellence, consistently meeting all reporting deadlines, and delivering precise and comprehensive information to the Quezon City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (QCESU). The award was presented by City Mayor Hon. Ma. Josefina Belmonte-Alimurung.
