Inilunsad ito ng Lungsod Quezon, sa pangunguna ng Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office (SBCDPO), at pakikipagtulungan sa SPARK! Philippines, L’Oreal Philippines, at Tiktok Philippines.

Ang two-month influencer training program na ito ay may layong bigyang oportunidad ang mga residente ng lungsod na kumita at matuto sa paggamit ng Tiktok app para sa content creation. Tinuruan din sila ng personality development, hairdressing, pagme-make-up, kung paano maging affiliate at maging responsableng online influencer.
