Si Mayor Joy Belmonte ang naging inducting officer sa sabay-sabay na panunumpa ng pitong organisasyon mula sa District 4 kasama si Action Officer Al Flores.

Ang mga samahang ito ay ang sumusunod: District IV TODA Federation, Samahang Mamamayan ng ESSO, GSIS-MT Compound Association Inc., Samahan ng Kababaihan ng Barangay Doña Imelda, Solo Parent Association, Senior Citizen Association Inc., at Homemakers Mothers Association Inc. Middle Court Makabayan.
