Additional incident categories will be introduced in future system upgrades.
What if the concern is not listed in the incident type?
The types of incidents that may be reported through the iReport will gradually expand. How long is the standard response time?
All concerns received through iReport are considered high priority. As such, the assigned departments are given 72 hours, or three days, to take action on the report.
