People’s Corner is where all QCitizens can request for information and services, and report complaints on establishments and discourteous government employees. You may access it with your email or Facebook account via QC E-Services.

What kind of services can I request?
You may request for any of these services:
- Repair of clogged Drains and/or Flooding
- Repair of potholes
- Repair of busted streetlights
- Repair of damaged sidewalks
- Repair of damaged signs or non-functional streetsigns
- Cleaning of streets
- Address hanging Wires
- Address uncollected garbage and/or correct garbage disposal and recycling
- Address overgrown plants and trees in public right of way
- Address noise disturbance or other public nuisance
- Checking of illegal parking space in neighborhood
- Checking suspicious illegal activities in neighborhood
How can I request for services in my area or community?
You may send your request for services either through the People’s Corner section of the Quezon City Government website or by directly accessing qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph.
Do I have to provide proof regarding my concern?
No, submitting a proof is optional, but please provide the context in your report.

What are the grounds for reporting establishments?
You may report an establishment for the following building and business violations:
- Traffic obstruction
- Noise pollution
- Safety hazards
- Health hazards
- Environmental hazards
- Zoning violations
- Violations against PWDs/Senior Citizens
- Operating without building or business permit

REPORT DISCOURTEOUS EMPLOYEE
What are the possible reasons for reporting a Quezon City government employee or official?
You may report Quezon City Government employees for the following discourteous behaviors:
- Rude, unprofessional, or disrespectful behavior
- Poor customer service
- Offensive language
- Inappropriate conduct
- Grossly prejudicial in the course of official duties
- Unfair discrimination in rendering service

What kind of public information or document can I request?
You may request data on government services, policies, and other public matters handled by Quezon City Government departments.

What are the exceptions when requesting for information?
The following are the exceptions to the right of access to information as recognized by the Constitution, existing laws, or jurisprudence:
- Information covered by Executive privilege
- Privileged information relating to national security, defense, or international relations
- Information concerning law enforcement and protection of public personal safety
- Information deemed confidential for the protection of the privacy of persons and certain individuals such as minors, victims of crimes, or the accused
- Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers
- Records of proceedings or information from proceedings which, pursuant to law or relevant rules and regulations, are treated as confidential or privileged
- Matters considered confidential under banking and finance laws, and their amendatory laws
- Other exceptions to the right to information under laws, jurisprudence, rules and regulation
