Step 1: If you have a QC-eServices Account: Go to [email protected] andlog in to your QC-eServices Account and Click on “QC Vax Easy” from the list of services.
If you do NOT have a QC-eServices Account, go to https://qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph/qcvaxeasy and click “Manage Your Vax Easy Registration”
Step 2: Click “Reschedule your vaccination”
Step 3: Click on the Calendar Button/Icon. The Calendar will pop-up. Choose your preferred vaccination date.
Step 4: Chose your preferred vaccination site from the list of sites for your chosen date by clicking on the circle icon beside the name of the Vaccination Site.
Step 5: Under Time, click on the Calendar Button/Icon and choose your preferred time. Click “Submit” to submit your preferred vaccination schedule.
Step 6: Click “Submit” to confirm your vaccination appointment. Do not close your window until you see a message that your vaccination schedule has been successfully booked. Please take note of this information. You will receive an email confirmation of your vaccination schedule if you had previously provided your email address.
