Mainit ang pagtanggap ng mga kawani ng pamahalaang lungsod sa pagbisita ni former Senate President Tito Sotto kahapon kasabay ng flag-raising ceremony.

Tinalakay ng dating senador ang mga batas na kanyang naisulong tulad ng pagsugpo ng ilegal na droga, maging ang kanyang plano na isulong ang 14th month pay.

Kabilang sa mga malugod na sumalubong kay former Senator Tito Sotto sina Mayor Joy Belmonte, Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Panlungsod at department heads.
