Ibinabahagi ng lokal na pamahalaan, sa pangunguna ni Mayor Joy Belmonte, ang karangalang ito sa QCitizens na sama-samang nagsisikap para lalong mapabuti ang lungsod Quezon.

Tuloy-tuloy lang po ang ating pagtutulungan tungo sa mas maunlad na lungsod na mapagkalinga sa kalikasan. Sa Quezon City, kasama ka sa pag-unlad!
