Kinilala si Mayor Joy Belmonte bilang Most Outstanding City Mayor of the Philippines ng Gawad Pilipino Lingkod Bayan Awards!
Sa awarding ceremony, pinasalamatan ni Mayor Joy ang mga QCitizen na nagtiwala at sumuporta sa kanya, at binigyang-diin na mas pag-iigihan pa ang paglilingkod sa mga mamamayan.
Itinanghal naman ang Quezon City Council, sa pangunguna ni Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, bilang Most Outstanding City Council of the Philippines.
