Papasada na ang mga eco-friendly at ‘green’ taxi sa Metro Manila!
Opisyal nang inilunsad ang Green and Smart Mobility (GSM) taxi, ang kauna-unahang electric taxi fleet sa Pilipinas.
Ang mga Green GSM taxi ay moderno, makabago, at environment-friendly dahil electric at hindi fuel-dependent tulad ng mga traditional taxi. Maaari itong parahin kapag nakita sa kalsada, o i-book gamit ang Green GSM app.
Dagdag pa rito, nakapagbigay din ng oportunidad ang Green GSM sa mga QCitizen. 150 sa 500 GSM drivers ay QCitizens.
Nakiisa si Mayor Joy Belmonte sa ceremonial launch ng electric taxi fleet, na dinaluhan din nina Vietnam Ambassador to the Philippines His Excellency Ląi Thài Bình, Green GSM Global CEO Nguyen Van Thanh, Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs of the Philippines Frederick Go, Department of Transportation Sec. Vince Dizon, Department of Trade and Industry Cristina Aldeguer-Roque, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Chairperson Atty. Teofilo E. Guadiz III, at mga kinatawan ng Vingroup.
