Pinangunahan ng Public Employment Service Office at World Vision – Project ACE ang pagsasanay sa 65 hotline operators mula Quezon City Citizen Services Department.

Sinimulan ang serye ng pagsasanay noong Nobyembre 2023 na layong mas gawing child-friendly ang hotline QCitizen Helpline 122. Layunin nito na tiyakin na mayroong kakampi ang bawat batang QCitizen sa panahon ng emergencies o kung sila ay inaabuso. Hangarin din ng pagsasanay na magkaroon ng mas epektibong mekanismo ng pag-uulat upang labanan ang child labor o kahit anumang paglabag sa karapatan ng mga bata, lalo na ang Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC).

Nagsilbing speaker si Mr. Gino Rey Corral mula sa ECPAT Philippines na ibinahagi ang eProtectKids CSAEM Hotline platform na dagdag kaalaman sa mga hotline operators upang mai-report ang anumang malaswang larawan o video ng mga bata o Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials na nasa Internet. Tinalakay naman ni Atty. Omar Deloso ng National Privacy Commission ang Data Privacy Law, mga aspetong legal at etikal na may kinalaman sa pagsagot ng mga tawag at ulat mula sa mga bata.

Ngayong Marso ay muling sasailalim ang mga hotline operators sa child protection traning. Hangarin ng lungsod na maging makabata at mabisang plataporma ang 122 hotline upang madagdagan ang proteksyon ng mga Batang QCitizen.
