Upang isulong ang pagtutulungan ng kapulisan, Commission on Human Rights, lokal na pamahalaan, at mga Civil Society Organizations sa pagtataguyod ng karapatang pantao ng mga mamamayan, nagsagawa ng Human Rights Stakeholder’s Forum ang Quezon City Police District sa pangunguna ni QCPD Director BGen. Nicolas Torre III at ng pamunuan ng QCPD.

Tinalakay ni QC Legal Officer Atty. Niño Casimiro ang mga programa ng pamahalaang lungsod na laging naaayon sa human rights-based approach kung saan nananatili pa rin ang dignidad ng bawat QCitizen.

Nagsagawa rin ng lecture sina BGen. Vincent Calanoga ng Human Rights Affairs Office at Mr. Jolly Torres ng CHR-NCR. Nakiisa rin sa forum si Mr. Rene Clemente ng Alternative Law Groups.
