Dumalo bilang speaker si Mayor Joy Belmonte sa Inter-University Roundtable Forum on Governance and SDG Localization na inorganisa ng University of the Philippines – Diliman (UPD) at De La Salle University (DLSU) ngayong Huwebes.
Layunin ng forum na matalakay ang iba-ibang programa at proyekto ng mga lokal na pamahalaan na ginagabayan ng mga Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) sa pagpapatupad nito.
Inihayag ni Mayor Joy ang mga programa ng Lungsod Quezon mula sa digitalization, livelihood, gender inclusivity, women empowerment, green initiatives, at good governance.
Kasama sa programa sina UPD President Atty. Angelo Jimenez, DEPDev Usec. Glenda Rumohr, United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office Senior Economist John Alikpala, Jesse M. Robredo Institute of Governance – DLSU Director Francisco Magno, UPD – Centre International de Formation des Autorités et Leaders Director Michelle Palumbarit, UPD CLRG Director Reginald Ugaddan, Jayson Hecita ng JMRI – DLSU, Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Department head Andrea Villaroman, at City Planning and Development Department head Jed Gomez.
