Isinagawa ang ceremonial candle lightning at wreath laying sa Philippine-Israel Friendship Park sa Quezon Memorial Circle.

Dumalo rin sina Embassy of Israel Deputy Chief of Mission Nir Balzam, Gladys Baniqued-Turiano, QMC Administrator Windsor Bueno, at QC Tourism Department OIC Teresa Tirona.

Binigyan din ni Mayor Joy ng “Key to the City” si Ambassador Fluss.
