Inilunsad ng Office of the President at Department of Labor and Employment ang Kadiwa ng Pangulo para sa Manggagawa sa Trade Union Congress of the Philippines ngayong araw sa pangunguna nina Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Department of Trade and Industry Sec. Alfredo E. Pascual, at DOLE Sec. Bienvenido Laguesma.

Nakiisa rin ang Department of Agriculture, Department of Social Welfare and Development, at Pamahalaang Lungsod Quezon sa ginanap na launch ng proyekto. Kasama rin sa programa sina Vice Mayor Gian Sotto at Ms. Mona Celine Yap ng QC Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office.

Layon ng Kadiwa ng Pangulo para sa Manggagawa na may mabilhang de-kalidad at abot-kayang agriculture products ang mga mamamayan lalo na ang mga manggagawa sa gitna ng pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin.

Makikita rin sa Kadiwa ng Pangulo para sa Manggagawa ang mga gulay na ibinebenta mula sa QC urban farms na produkto ng Joy of Urban Farming.
