Pinangunahan nina Mayor Joy Belmonte at Senior Deputy Majority Leader at Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Sandro Marcos ang paglulunsad sa Quezon City ng Kadiwa ng Pasko sa QC Hall Risen Garden.

Layon ng programa ng Department of Agriculture na magbigay ng dekalidad at abot-kayang gulay, karne, isda iba pa lalo na sa darating na kapaskuhan. Nais din nitong matulungan ang mga lokal na agricultural producers at maliliit na negosyante na ma-promote at maibenta ang kanilang mga produkto.

Naging katuwang ng DA ang QC Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotion Office sa pangunguna ni Ms. Mona Celine Yap, kasama ang iba pang national government agencies tulad ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), at Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
