47 pamilya ang nabigyan ng katiyakan sa paninirahan matapos ibahagi ng pamahalaang lungsod ang kanilang titulo ng lupa sa pangunguna ni Mayor Joy Belmonte at ng Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department (HCDRD) ngayong araw.

Ang inisyatibong ito ay naisakatuparan sa pamamagitan ng Direct Sale bilang bahagi ng Socialized Housing Project ng QC na layong bigyan ng abot-kaya at maayos na pabahay ang mga mahihirap na QCitizen.

Kasabay nito, nilagdaan din ni Mayor Joy ang Survey Works Plan para sa pag-acquire ng mga propery sa Barangay Payatas kung saan 354 pamilya ang maaaring magkakaroon ng kanilang land title. Naging saksi sa signing sina Buhay Kapitbahay Homeowners Association, Inc. president Isagani Manikan at Lower and Upper Atis Homeowners Association, Inc. president Teresita Galangue, kasama si District 2 Action Officer Atty. Bong Teodoro.
