Pinagtibay ni Vice Mayor Gian Sotto ang pagtatapos ng mga QCitizen mula sa iba-ibang barangay at organisasyon, kabilang ang mga children-in-conflict with the law (CICL) mula Molave Youth Home at persons deprived of liberty (PDL) mula sa QC Female Dormitory.
