Bilang bahagi ng preparasyon sa selebrasyon ng ika-50 anibersaryo ng proklamasyon sa Our Lady of Patroness of Quezon City noong 1973, nagpulong sina Mayor Joy Belmonte kasama sina District 1 Action Officer Ollie Belmonte, QMC Administrator Windsor Bueno, at City Tourism Department head Teresa Tirona.

Kasama rin sa pagpupulong ang pamunuan ng Sto. Domingo Parish sa pangunguna ni Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Mandy Malijan.
