Upang mas lalo pang mapaigting ang pakikipagtulungan ng religious sector at pulisya para sa pagpapanatili ng kaayusan sa lungsod, inilunsad ng Philippine National Police ang Kasimbayanan (Kapulisan, Simbahan, at Pamayanan) kasabay ng flag-raising ceremony ngayong araw.

Pinirmahan nina Mayor Joy Belmonte, PNP Chief Gen. Rodolfo S. Azurin, Jr., at Pastor Oliver Lee ang Memorandum of Agreement bilang pagsuporta sa Kasimbayanan program.

Nakiisa rin sa MOA signing sina Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, QCPD Chief BGen. Nicolas Torre, Department of the Interior and Local Government QC head Emmanuel Borromeo, mga konsehal, barangay officials, kinatawan ng iba-ibang religious sector, at mga department heads.
