Nakipagkasundo ang Quezon City Government sa PANTAY, Inc., katuwang ang Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Philippines, para sa implementasyon ng Project Gender Equality Index for Schools (Project GEIS) Year 2 sa lungsod.
Ang Project GEIS ang mas magpapalawig pa sa rollout ng Rainbow Report Card, isang monitoring at evaluation tool para sa mga paaralan para tukuyin kung gaano sila kainklusibo at ligtas para sa mga estudyante.
Ide-develop din ang Rainbow Handbook na tutulong sa mga eskwelahan para maging inklusibo at siguradong makakatugon sa mga pangangailangan ng mga student of diverse sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and sex characteristics o SOGIESC.
Ipinagtibay nina Mayor Joy Belmonte at PANTAY Inc. Executive Director Henry Earl Manuzon ang partnership ngayong araw, kasama sina School Division Officer Superintendent Carleen Sedilla, Quezon City University President Dr. Theresita Atienza, PANTAY Inc. Program Officer Aaron James Villapando, at Education Affairs Unit Head Maricris Veloso.
