Magtutulungan ang Quezon City Government at LINK Center for the Deaf, Inc. para makapagbigay ng oportunidad sa mga person with hearing impairment.
Ngayong Huwebes, pormal nang lumagda sa memorandum of understanding (MOU) sina Mayor Joy Belmonte at LINK Center for the Deaf, Inc. Executive Director Ms Carolyn Ui.
Layon ng pagtutulungan na madagdagan ang employment opportunities, suporta sa edukasyon, at masiguro ang community inclusion para sa mga miyembro ng deaf community sa lungsod.
Magkakaroon din ng teacher enhancement program para mapalakas ang kakayahan ng mga guro sa pagtuturo sa mga person with hearing impairment. Magsasagawa naman ng iba-ibang community awareness activities para matiyak ang pag-unawa at suporta sa persons with disabilities.
Kasama ni Mayor Joy at Ms Ui na lumagda sa MOU sina Persons with Disability Affairs (PDAO) Head Deborah Dacanay at LINK Center for the Deaf, Inc. Program Coordinator Ms Marites Jose.
